{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Byron Banks, appeals his convictions on two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both felonies of the fifth degree, in violation of R.C. 2925.03 and one count of possession of cocaine, a felony of the second degree, in violation of R.C. 2925.11.
