{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Nicholas Forbess, appeals from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Auglaize County, Juvenile Division, adjudicating him a delinquent child on one count of gross sexual imposition, placing him on community control for an indefinite period of time, and classifying him as a Tier I sex offender.
