{¶1} Appellant, Megan Coward, mother of K.E.C. ("minor child"), appeals from the March 18, 2009 judgment entry of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, overruling her objections to the magistrate's decision and granting legal custody of the minor child to the minor child's paternal uncle and aunt, appellees, Dwight and Jacqueline Smith ("the Smiths").
