{¶1} Appellant, Rafael Feliciano, appeals from his conviction in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶2} On January 29, 2008, Rafael Feliciano received his tax return check. He used some of the money to purchase crack cocaine. Neighbors in his apartment building warned him that there was a plot to rob him, and that he should be careful...
