{¶ 1} This appeal arises out of the denial by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas of appellant's motion to continue his jury trial. Appellant, acting pro se, argued at trial that newly prescribed medications were impairing his ability to properly represent himself in defending obstruction-of-justice and nonsupport-of-dependants charges.
