DONOFRIO, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Claudia Gorayeb, appeals from a Belmont County Northern Division Court judgment convicting her of theft, after a bench trial.

{¶2} On March 19, 2009, appellant was shopping at Wal-Mart in St. Clairsville with her teenage daughter. According to Wal-Mart undercover security officer Rick Burghy, appellant and her daughter were pushing a shopping cart in the cosmetics...
