{¶1} Defendant-appellant Richard Gray appeals the decision of the Youngstown Municipal Court finding him guilty of driving under suspension, a violation of R.C. 4510.11(A) and, Obedience to Traffic Control Device, a violation of Youngstown Ordinance 313.01. Two issues are raised in this appeal. The first is whether the state produced sufficient evidence to prove that Gray was the individual who committed the offenses...
