Hairston ("Hairston"), appeals pro se from the trial court's decision that denied his application to be relieved from disability to possess a firearm, filed pursuant to R.C. 2923.14, for the reason that his 1971 conviction for an offense of violence prevented him from satisfying the provisions of R.C. 2923.14(D)(3).
