{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Durwin Johnson ("Johnson"), appeals his conviction. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
{¶ 2} In December 2008, Johnson was charged with failure to provide notice of change of address. The matter proceeded to a bench trial, at which he was found guilty. The trial court sentenced him to two years of community control sanction....
