{¶ 1} This case is before this court on remand from the Ohio Supreme Court. The Ohio Supreme Court reversed our determination that improperly admitted hearsay evidence should be excluded from an evaluation of the sufficiency of the evidence to support defendant-appellant's convictions for gross sexual imposition and kidnapping. State v. Brooks, 124 Ohio St.3d 99
