{¶ 1} Alfred McFarland pled no contest in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), a first degree felony, and gross sexual imposition, in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4), a third degree felony.
