{¶ 1} Angelo J. Champion was convicted after a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of one count of domestic violence, a third degree felony, in Case No. 2008 CR 2164. This charge arose from an altercation between Champion and his then-girlfriend, Angelia Tool, which occurred on May 22, 2008.
