DECISION AND JUDGMENT

SINGER, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant, Cordney Middlebrooks, appeals from a jury verdict in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2) and (B). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
