OPINION
BROGAN, J.
{¶ 1} Michael Wiford appeals from his conviction of importuning and attempted sexual conduct with a minor. Wiford entered no-contest pleas to both charges after the trial court overruled his suppression motion. In a single assignment of error, Wiford contends the trial court erred in denying the pretrial motion.
