{¶ 1} Willie Otis, appellant, appeals a May 27, 2008 judgment of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas of conviction and sentence on two counts of felonious assault of a peace officer. The offenses are felonies of the first degree and violations of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2).
