JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} This case came to be heard upon the accelerated calendar pursuant to App.R. 11.1 and Loc.R. 11.1.

{¶ 2} Defendant-appellant, Myron Spears ("Spears"), pro se, appeals a nunc pro tunc entry that states that his total aggregate sentence is a term of eleven years instead of ten years. We find no merit to the appeal and affirm.
