TYACK, P.J.

{¶1} Joseph Copeland, Jr., is appealing from his convictions for robbery. He assigns five errors for our consideration:

[I.] THE TRIAL COURT ERRED WHEN IT ENTERED JUDGMENT AGAINST THE DEFENDANT AS TO RENUMBERED COUNTS ONE AND TWO OF THE INDICTMENT WHEN THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO SUSTAIN THOSE CONVICTIONS AND THEY ARE AGAINST THE MANIFEST WEIGHT OF THE EVIDENCE, IN VIOLATION OF DEFENDANT-APPELLANT'S RIGHTS...
