{¶ 1} On February 11, 2009, at approximately 10:15 p.m., plaintiff, Isreal Donley, was traveling south on Interstate 75 in Butler County through a construction zone, when his 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was struck by a construction sign that had blown from the roadside into the path of the vehicle.
