FAIN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jeffery W. Harrison appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a no-contest plea, for Disrupting Public Services, in violation of R.C. 2909.04(A)(1). He contends that the indictment and bill of particulars did not allege sufficient facts to make out the offense.
