{¶ 1} On November 19, 1998, Defendant, Mark E. Coyle, was convicted on his pleas of no contest of fifteen counts of rape of a child under thirteen years of age in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b). On November 30, 1998, the trial court imposed sentences of incarceration for those offenses that together total fifteen years.
