{¶ 1} Appellant, Robert Ochs, executor of the estate of decedent William D. Ochs, appeals from the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment to appellee, Administrator, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
