JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

PATRICIA ANN BLACKMON, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant Richard McGee appeals his convictions for aggravated robbery and kidnapping. He assigns five errors for our review.1

{¶ 2} Having reviewed the record and pertinent law, we affirm McGee's convictions but remand for the merger of allied offenses. The apposite facts follow.
