{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Gregory J. McCrary appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of aggravated robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1), a felony of the first degree, with an attendant firearm specification, in violation of R.C. 2941.145. After a jury trial, McCrary was found guilty of the charged offenses and sentenced to an aggregate term of thirteen years in prison. McCrary...
