BROGAN, J.
{¶ 1} Gary Molen appeals from the denial of his post-conviction relief petition without a hearing. Molen was convicted of two counts of rape of a child under thirteen, and we affirmed his conviction on November 26, 2008 in State v. Molen, Montgomery App. No. 21941, 2008-Ohio-6237.
