{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Dana Beechler appeals from his conviction and sentence for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(2), having previously been convicted of a felony violation of R.C. 4511.19(A), with a specification under R.C. 2941.1413 that Beechler had at least five prior convictions for OMVI within the past twenty years.
