{¶1} Appellant State of Ohio appeals from the decision of the Court of Common Pleas, Ashland County, which granted post-conviction relief in favor of Defendant-Appellee Rose Kate Roseborough, who was convicted and sentenced in 2004 for aggravated murder, attempted murder, and arson.
