{¶1} On April 5, 1992, appellant, Wendell Sommers, and appellee, Debra Sommers, were married. The couple had three children. On September 12, 2007, a divorce decree was filed terminating the parties' marriage and setting forth child and spousal support obligations pursuant to a separation agreement.
