{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Brandon M. Thompson appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of recklessly abusing a child under the age of eighteen resulting in serious physical harm, in violation of R.C. § 2919.22(B)(1) and (E)(2)(d), a felony of the second degree.
