{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, William Sorrell Jr., appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruling his motion for intervention in lieu of conviction ("ILC"), finding him statutorily ineligible, on nine counts of felony nonsupport of dependents in violation of R.C. 2919.21(B).
