{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant John Salah appeals from a decision of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, which denied his pre-sentence motion to withdraw his guilty pleas to three counts of gross sexual imposition and seven counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material.
