{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant William W. Hunter, Jr. appeals several judgments of the Court of Common Pleas of Coshocton County, Ohio, entered in favor of defendants-appellees, Stacee H. Green and her parents Herschel L. and Syvonia E. Green. Appellant assigns six errors to the trial court:
