{¶1} This appeal comes to us from a summary judgment issued by the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas in favor of appellees FirstEnergy Corporation ("FirstEnergy"), Ohio Edison Company ("Ohio Edison"), and Asplundh Tree Expert Company ("Asplundh").
