{¶1} On September 11, 2008, a complaint was filed charging appellant Danny J. Wilson with assault, a misdemeanor in the first degree, in violation of R.C. 2903.13. Said charge arose from an incident wherein appellant had a physical confrontation with Harold Moneypenny. A bench trial was held in the matter on March 24, 2009.
