{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Fulton County Court, Eastern District, which convicted appellant of two Ohio commercial trucking traffic violations, including gross weight overload and a violation of special permit conditions. For the reasons set forth below, this court reverses the judgment of the trial court.
