PER CURIAM.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Saint Torrance, appeals the Hamilton County Municipal Court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority in an action involving the alleged breach of a Section 8 housing contract. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.1
