{¶1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Appellant, Tracy McGowan appeals the June 5, 2009 decision of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas that imposed two consecutive twelve month sentences subsequent to a jury finding of guilty on two counts of trafficking in cocaine in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(1)(C)(4), fifth degree felonies under R.C....
