{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Lykins Oil Company, appeals from the Warren County Court of Common Pleas decision authorizing defendant-appellee, Peter M. Lahni, a court-appointed receiver, to sell property at private sale free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.1 For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.
