OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Robert McGhee was convicted after a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of felonious assault (serious harm) with a firearm specification, felonious assault (deadly weapon) with a firearm specification, carrying a concealed weapon, and having weapons while under disability. The trial court sentenced him to an aggregate term of ten years in prison.
