{¶1} This matter is before this court on the pro se motion of appellant, Donald Jones, Jr., to file a delayed appeal. Along with his motion, appellant filed his notice of appeal on November 4, 2009. In the trial court, appellant pled guilty to carrying a concealed weapon, having weapons while under disability, and possession of cocaine.
