{¶1} Petitioner-appellant, Randal K. Spence, appeals the Judgment Entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, in which the trial court adopted his Shared Parenting Plan as modified by incorporation of petitioner-appellee, Jeannette K. Spence's proposal. For the following reasons, we reverse the decision of the trial court.
