{¶ 1} On May 16, 2009, at approximately 6:00 p.m., plaintiff, Monica D. Wimberly, was injured when she slipped and fell in a bathtub in Room #406 at the Quaker Square Inn, a facility owned and operated by defendant, University of Akron.
