{¶ 1} On the morning of April 14, 2008, DeWayne Sutton was working at Tomco Machining, disassembling a chop saw, when he injured his back.1 Sutton went to Tomco's president, Jim Tomasiak, and told him about his injury. Within an hour of talking with Tomasiak, Tomasiak discharged Sutton from his employment as an at-will employee. Tomasiak gave Sutton no affirmative reason for discharging him...
