{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Nicole Boerger, filed September 14, 2009. Boerger appeals the Darke County Court of Common Pleas adoption of the Magistrate's decision finding Boerger in contempt and changing the location for the parties to exchange their minor children for parenting time purposes.
