{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Williams County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, that denied the exceptions filed by the estate of Mary Yuko Tokunaga to the Ohio Tax Commissioner's final determination of Ohio state taxes due. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
