{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Raymond Casino ("appellant"), appeals his conviction for theft. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
{¶ 2} On August 23, 2007, the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted appellant on one count of breaking and entering in violation of R.C. 2911.13(A) and one count of theft in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(1). He pled not guilty to the charges...
