DECISION

FRENCH, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Michael J. Young, appeals the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas' entry of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, UAP-Columbus JV326132 ("UAP"), and the trial court's denial of Young's own motion for summary judgment on UAP's foreclosure complaint. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment.
