{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Mary Kay Murray, asserted her 2004 Dodge Intrepid was damaged on July 16, 2008 when the vehicle struck two traffic control cones in the traveled portion of Interstate 90 in a roadway construction area in Cleveland.
