GWIN, P.J.

{¶1} Relator, Raleigh M. Striker, has filed a Complaint for Writ of Mandamus against Respondent, Daniel F. Smith, Clerk of Courts alleging Respondent has failed to comply with the "Sunshine Law." Respondent has filed a brief in opposition. In addition, Relator has filed a "Motion for Supplimental (sic) Pleading" detailing additional allegations which occurred after the initial complaint was filed.
