{¶1} For more than 12 years, Stanley H. Shayne and Gary D. Greenwald were law partners, until October 2006, when Greenwald left to join a Phoenix firm and they dissolved the partnership. By the terms of their partnership agreement, Shayne and Greenwald agreed to submit any disputes over the dissolution of the partnership to arbitration. Donald B. Leach was chosen as the arbiter.
