FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) On May 8, 2009, at approximately 11:30 a.m., plaintiff, Dawn DelPrincipe, was traveling west on State Route 224 in Mahoning County, when her 2001 BMW 325i struck "a very very large-potentially dangerous pothole" causing tire and rim damage to the vehicle.
